Amit Chilka is one of India's most credentialed adventure-leadership practitioners. A World Book of Records (UK) holder and 4-time Limca National Record setter, he led the largest-ever group — 28 people — to Everest Base Camp with a 100% completion rate, and masterminded two successful Kilimanjaro expeditions.
After 22 years as a senior HR leader at Synechron, Cognizant, Wipro, and Intelliswift (as CHRO), he walked away from the boardroom and moved from Pune to the Himalayan foothills of Dehradun — proving, quite literally, that the Endless Vacation Mindset is not a metaphor.
He is a published author, SHRM-SCP certified, ICF-accredited coach, and Prism Brain Mapping practitioner.
